Specialized Community Residences offer opportunities for men and women over age 18 who are experiencing psychiatric challenges to live in the community and receive support with daily living activities.
Each person is encouraged to explore meaningful day activities while developing their interests and expanding their strengths. A skilled team of professionals coordinates care and assists with the medical and physical challenges of each person so they can achieve the highest level of independence.
Each Specialized Community Residence is licensed through the Department of Aging. Men and women who use this service must meet medical necessity and medical assistance criteria. Referrals are received from the county.
