Recognizing the need for exposure to outside ideas and people, the Keystone Institute is committed to creating opportunities for our workforce to connect with international and national change agents, and share interesting ideas, powerful role models, and a wider world of change and possibility.
To further these efforts, we have created the Keystone Capacity Fund, a source of financial resources available for capacity development. Keystone employees may apply for the funds to develop emerging leaders in values-based external conferences, summits, and workshops with a focus on individual development, national and international exposure, and contribution back to our work at Keystone Human Services.
Requests will be reviewed by a cross-organizational committee and will be granted based on relevance and benefits to the employee’s work and consistency with Keystone’s vision and values. Educational events with direct correlation to Social Role Valorization and related ideas will be given precedence and prioritized.
