Originally founded to address the needs of children displaced or orphaned by World War II, the Fédération Internationale des Communautés Educatives—or International Federation of Educative Communities—represents an international network uniting diverse nations in supporting actions and all those working with vulnerable children.

As part of our global vision, Keystone Human Services operates FICE USA, the U.S.-based branch of FICE International. FICE USA endeavors to establish a supportive network of members by organizing seminars, conferences, educational trips, and professional training.

With millions of children around the globe growing up in challenging social situations, FICE works to promote positive environments where children can grow and learn, creating a safer global community.
