Susquehanna Service Dogs Volunteer Opportunities
Fundraising
- Ask other organizations you’re involved with to hold a fundraiser for SSD, such as a bake sale, carwash, bingo, a raffle, yard sale, flower sale, etc.
- Have your business sponsor a fundraiser for SSD
- Cartridges for Canines: Donate your empty printer and toner cartridges and your old cell phones to SSD. We recycle them and receive $1-$12 per cartridge.
- Tabs for Labs: Save the tabs off your soda cans and bring them to the SSD kennel or a Keystone office. SSD recycles the tabs and receives money.
- Support SSD as you shop online. Sign up at iGive.com and a percentage of every purchase will be donated to SSD, at no cost to you.
- If you shop at Fox’s Markets, save your receipts and bring them to the kennel or a Keystone office.
- Hold a dress down day for a donation at work, and donate the proceeds to SSD.
