Terms of Participation

Payment & Allotment
A $50.00 deposit to reserve the booth (or $100 to reserve a double booth) must accompany your application. Electricity will cost an additional $50 for each hook up. Applications without a deposit will not be guaranteed a booth space. This deposit is non-refundable.
Remainder of booth rental payment must be received by PawsAbilities no later March 3, 2008. Total booth rental fees are $200 for a 10x10 booth and $350 for a 10x20 booth. Payment may be made payable to PawsAbilities and mailed to us at 3700 Vartan Way, Harrisburg, PA 17110. Returned checks will be subject to a $25 handling fee.
Use of Space
Vendors are expected to have their exhibits neat and orderly at all times. All demonstrations or other activities must be confined to the limits of the booth space.
You may not sublet (or share) your booth space with another vendor or individual without the prior knowledge and consent of the PawsAbilities Committee.
Exhibitors Authorized Representative
Each vendor must name at least one person to be his representative in connection with installation, operation, and removal of the exhibit. Please indicate this person's name on your application form. Booths must be staffed during public show hours. Each vendor will receive 8 vendor passes that MUST be turned in at the ticket booth upon entering the event.
Setup and Dismantling of Exhibits
Setup of your exhibit may begin on the afternoon of March 7th after 2 PM. Setup on March 8th will begin at 5:00 AM. All exhibits MUST be completely setup by 6:00 AM! All vehicles must be out of the event area by 6:00 AM! You may begin dismantling your booth area after 4 PM on March 9th.
Liability & Insurance
Security services will be available during the hours the event is open to the public. Please be advised that the exhibitor is ultimately responsible for the security of their booth and its contents during the time it is on the Farm Show Grounds. You may wish to consult your insurance provider regarding your coverage for this type of event.
