Autism Services
All of our autism services are person-centered and address the needs and goals of individuals with autism and their families. The goal of services is to increase each person's ability to live independently and actively participate in the community.

Birth to Three
This early intervention program provides direct services and supports to children who have a significant delay and their families. Provided in the child's home or community, Birth to Three supports children to develop at a pace similar to their peers.

Community Living Arrangements
Community Homes are known as Community Living Arrangements in Connecticut. Community Living Arrangements support men and women to live in a home within their community. While living in Community Living Arrangements, men and women receive support to realize their personal potential and pursue independent, productive and meaningful lives. Offered by:

Community Training Homes
A licensed foster care arrangement, Community Training Homes offered children, adolescents and adults the opportunity to thrive in a home environment.

Individualized Day Support
Individualized Day Support assists men and women to achieve their personal goals in work, community participation or retirement activities.

Individualized Home Supports
Individualized Home Supports provides supports tailored to each person's individual needs. Men and women live in apartments through Connecticut and receive support to make choices and live independently.

Nursing Services
Comprehensive Nursing Services address the needs of men, women and children with developmental disabilities. Nursing services includes RN on Call, which makes a registered nurse available 24 hours a day. Nurses are also available to contract with other agencies.
