Family Preservation and Reunification Services

Children and families thrive when they live together and receive supports based on their strengths and needs. Family Preservation and Reunification Services are designed to strengthen and reunify families in their own homes.
Family Preservation
Family Preservation is an intensive, in-home service designed to support families in crisis to remain together. Removing a child from the home is always a last resort. The goal of Family Preservation is to reduce the risk of abuse and neglect and avoid unnecessary placement.

The goal of Family Reunification is to make sure that children are safe within their home. Our professionals work with the family to identify and reduce or eliminate risks that may cause the child to remain out of the home.
