Early Intervention Evaluations

Early Intervention Evaluations are available for infants and children ages birth to three who are at risk for a developmental delay. Using assessments, evaluations and developmental screenings, we assist families to identify services and supports that will enhance their children’s growth so they can develop at a pace similar to their peers.
Behavioral Health Rehabilitation Services (BHRS)
BHRS provides enhanced mental health services based on the needs and strengths of children and adolescents and their families. These home- and community-based services assist children to improve their communication and social skills, regulate their emotions and improve their classroom behavior.
High Fidelity Wraparound
Focusing on youth and family strengths, culture and choice, High Fidelity Wraparound coordinates care to meet families' needs, based on the idea that families already have many of the resources they need to be successful. This is not a separate service; instead, it works with any services an individual or family already receives.
Psychological Evaluation Services
Psychological Evaluation Services include psychological evaluations and reevaluations to determine the medical necessity of formal services.
