Behavior Support Services are designed to increase individuals' independence and inclusion in family and community life by increasing their adaptive behaviors and functional skills.

Behavior Support Services are individualized and person-centered. Each person receives an Essential Life Plan, as well as an Individual Support Plan, that identifies their strengths, challenges, goals, hopes, and dreams. Using a team approach, a plan is developed to create a desirable day and future and develop concrete steps to move closer to the person's goals. Families and caregivers are encouraged to participate on this team.

When providing support, our professional employees use the best effective practices, individualized for each person.
