Keystone Human Services works to help persons with disabilities become valued, fully participating and contributing members of their community. In this work, Keystone strives to support each person in a highly individualized manner in all aspects of their life, including home, work, family, school and the community.

Keystone provides comprehensive, community-based services to children, young people, adults and families in the areas of autism, developmental disabilities, intellectual disabilities (mental retardation), mental health, early intervention and family services.

We offer a diverse array of services, including community residential services (group homes), in home support, early intervention, family services, vocational, leisure, behavioral, and medical services, crisis intervention, student assistance, counseling, speech therapy, physical therapy, family living, independent living and early childhood development. Not all services are available in all service areas. View our Education, Community, Self and Family services for a complete listing of our service offerings.

Our services are available throughout Pennsylvania, Maryland, Delaware and Connecticut, and we are also engaged in service initiatives within Russia and Moldova. In Pennsylvania, services are available in Allegheny, Blair, Bucks, Centre, Chester, Columbia, Cumberland, Dauphin, Delaware, Franklin, Fulton, Huntington, Juniata, Lancaster, Lebanon, Lehigh, Luzerne, Mifflin, Montgomery, Montour, Northumberland, Perry, Philadelphia, Snyder, Union, Wyoming and York Counties. In Connecticut and Delaware, services are available throughout both states.

Home
A person's home should provide them with the comfort, safety, and grounding we all require to face what life has to offer us. Our goal is to help individuals attain a home and gain the skills to achieve independence in their life. Keystone offers a variety of services, in your home or ours, to help enrich home life.
Education
Person working at the kitchen sinkThe learning environment for your child will make a difference in their life. Reaching their full potential may require some supports. Programs such as Student Assistance and Capital Area Head Start may assist in this development.
Community
Giving back to society by working or volunteering and being part of your community by having neighbors and friends add depth and meaning to life. We offer services which support people to become or continue to be contributing, valued members of society.
Self
Everyone needs the opportunity to grow, learn and develop as a person. Whether it be personally, interpersonally or spiritually, Keystone understands the importance of these areas of life, and offers supports to people who would like assistance in personal development.
Family
