- A Brief History: As Remembered by Dennis Felty. In the early part of the 20th Century, the American Eugenics Movement argued that all people who were mentally ill, mentally retarded or physically disabled were polluting the gene pool of the country.

- The following set of ideas and values guide our work at Keystone. In some form, though perhaps at times not fully articulated, these values have been present since our founding.

- Keystone Service Systems Inc. (KSS) is the largest subsidiary corporation within Keystone Human Services. In addition to the comprehensive services it delivers, KSS provides administrative, financial, and technical services to its sister corporations.

- Caring IMPACT professionals provide individualized supports tailored to the needs and desires of each individual through a variety of services. Help People Who Have Disabilities Exercise Choice and Participate in Their Communities.
- Keystone Autism Services
- Keystone Autism Services is an exciting synthesis of the extensive and diverse autism supports provided through various arenas of Keystone service.
- Keystone Residence
- Keystone Residence believes that all people have inherent value and the ability to be active and contributing members of society. Fundamental to this belief is a commitment to support people with developmental disabilities to gain meaningful life skills.
- Keystone Human Services of Lancaster
- A Vision of Excellence in Services. Keystone Residence of Lancaster (KRL) began providing services and supports to families and individuals within Lancaster County, Pennsylvania in 1984.
- Keystone Human Services North Central
- In 1984, Keystone Human Services North Central (KHSNC) began providing services and supports to the communities within Northumberland County. Since that time, supports have grown from providing services to eighteen people to supporting more than 200 people in counties across Pennsylvania.
- Keystone Family Support Associates
- Keystone Family Support Associates (KFSA) is an agency whose purpose is to support and strengthen families. KFSA has been providing a variety of community supports to children and adults with mental retardation and their families for over twenty years.

- Keystone Partnership provides comprehensive development support for the work of the agencies of Keystone Human Services.
- Keystone Community Mental Health
- Our purpose is to help, support and empower people challenged by mental illness to develop the means to live with dignity and respect, in communities of their choice, with meaningful relationships and in valued social roles.
- Keystone Children & Family Services
- Keystone Children and Family Services provides care and support for children and families experiencing behavioral challenges, mental illness, physical disabilities, autism, mental retardation or living in poverty.
- Capital Area Head Start
- In 1988 we received the grant to operate Capital Area Head Start (CAHS), providing Head Start services to families in Dauphin, Cumberland and Perry counties in Pennsylvania.
- Susquehanna Service Dogs
- Susquehanna Service Dogs, a program of Keystone Children & Family Services, trains and provides service dogs and hearing dogs to assist children and adults with physical disabilities to become more independent.

of community based support programs for people with disabilities in
the state of Connecticut.

- Keystone's International Practical Training Program uses educational and cultural exchanges and resulting professional relationships to build local community-based human services internationally. This program is an important part of Keystone's vision of a better, safer world.

- Supporting Beslan
- Keystone Human Services is uniquely positioned to support the Russian response to this brutal attack. To fortify the intense services required, our first objective is to support the professionals who are assisting the families and children affected by this terrorist act. By supporting the work of our Russian colleagues, we hope to help our Russian partners stem the immediate emotional trauma for the affected families.

- Keystone Partnership provides comprehensive development support for the work of the agencies of Keystone Human Services.
