Mental health and developmental disability services which include community support, residential homes, family living, home based, supportive living, therapeutic staff support, mobile therapy and behavioral specialist consultation, psychological evaluations, psychosocial rehabilitation, family based, and early intervention are provided for children, adults, and families.

Position Description:

Conduct psychological evaluations and reevaluations under the  supervision of a licensed psychologist; Document the results of the evaluation using the standardized report format; Assure that reports are appropriately signed and countersigned as required; Assist Behavioral Specialist Consultant with the development of the treatment plan, providing expertise on behavioral protocols and interventions as   requested; Evaluate the effectiveness of services provided; Complete and submit required documentation within prescribed timeframes; Attend weekly supervision sessions; Attend meetings and educational   opportunities as requested or required; Act as a role model for the community, educating the public on the mission, vision, values and philosophy of the agency and service.

Minimum Qualifications:

Master's degree in psychology, social work or related field: including at least 15 graduate semester hours in approved coursework in ethics, biological, cognitive and social bases for behavior and individual differences; At least one year of direct (CASSP) child related work experience. Strong verbal and written communication skills; Thorough knowledge of DSMIV and Behavioral Modification Techniques; Able to

build effective working relationships; Assessment, counseling and advocacy skills.
