Behavioral Aide

Position Description:: Works in the home to provide support and intervention with children at risk for out-of-home residential/inpatient placement. Assists parents/guardians in developing a behavioral plan to decrease undesirable and maladaptive behaviors in children with significant emotional difficulties and long standing history of psychiatric treatment.
Qualifications:: Excellent oral and written communication skills. Be 18 years of age or older. Must possess a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, have daily access to a vehicle, ability to pass State Police and FBI clearances.
Compensation & Status:: 10.00/hr. - Hourly positions only. Openings in Carroll and Frederick Counties.
