- Position Description:
- Provide direct care for adults with developmental disabilities within a community residential setting. Duties include, but are not limited to assisting with personal care, recreation, implementing service plans, and providing transportation.
- Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills; a valid CT driver's license and access to a privately maintained and insured vehicle. Willingness to assist others and better their lives. Experience with PMT, DDS Med Certification, CPR & First Aid preferred.

- Position Description:
- Provide direct care for adolescent women with developmental and behavioral disabilities within a therapeutic residential setting. Duties include, but are not limited to assisting with personal care, recreation, implementing service plans, and providing transportation.
- Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills; a valid CT driver’s license. Willingness to assist others and better their lives. Experience with PMT, DCF Med Certification, CPR & First Aid preferred. Associates Degree required.

- Position Description:
- Duties include, but are not limited to, assisting with self help skills, implementing educational, vocational, and service plans, acting as teacher and role model, providing necessary transportation and community integration for individuals supported.
- Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills; a valid CT driver's license and access to a privately maintained and insured vehicle. Must be willing to provide transportation in return for reimbursement. Strong intervention & de-escalation skills. Possess the ability to assess crisis versus non-crisis situations for individuals with behavioral disabilities. Willingness to assist others and better their lives. Experience with PMT, CPR & First Aid preferred.
