Keystone Autism Services
Keystone Human Services is launching a new agency Keystone Autism Services to implement the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania's Adult Community Autism Program (ACAP). This program will provide services to adults living with Autism Spectrum Disorder who reside in Dauphin, Cumblerland, and Lancaster Counties in Pennsylvania. Employment opportunities follow:

- Executive Director
- Announcement KAS/ED
- Position Description:
- The executive director is responsible for implementing and operating a comprehensive system of care for adults with autism spectrum disorder through a pilot Autism Community Assistance Program (ACAP). Utilizing a Prepaid Inpatient Health Plan (PIHP) model, the successful candidate will develop a variety of services and supports for the Greater Harrisburg and Lancaster region. The executive director will provide oversight, administration and management for the day-to-day operations of the program; accountable to the governing body.
- Minimum Requirements:
- Experience in autism services and managed care is required, as well as five years’ experience in a senior leadership position in the human service field, with demonstrated experience working collaboratively and effectively in complex environments. An advanced degree in social work, psychology, public administration or a related field is preferred.
- Assistant Executive Director

- Position Description:
- The assistant executive director is responsible for providing assistance in the implementation and operation of a comprehensive system of care for adults living with autism spectrum disorder, utilizing a Prepaid Inpatient Health Plan (PIHP) model. This individual will also assist in developing a variety of services and supports for all individuals.
- Minimum Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, public administration or a related field is required. A master's degree and previous experience in autism services and managed care is preferred. Management experience required.
- Medical Director (Part-Time)

- Position Description:
- The medical director is responsible for the management of the physicians and physical health services provided to individuals living with autism spectrum disorders.
- Minimum Requirements:
- The candidate must be a physician licensed to practice in the Commonwealth of PA. Experience in managed care is preferred.
- Clinical Director

- Position Description:
- The clinical director will oversee the work of master’s level practitioners as they develop Individual Service Plans for participants and provide behavioral health-related services to the participants.
- Minimum Requirements:
- A master’s degree and at least 5 years’ experience in administering or interpreting functional behavioral assessments are required; Ph.D. is preferred.
- Behavioral Health Specialist

- Position Description:
- The behavioral health specialist is responsible for developing and assessing Individualized Service Plans (ISPs) and providing behavioral support services for adults living with autism. This individual will conduct in-home assessments and administer psychological tools to assess each individual’s specific needs, as well as directly supervising therapeutic support staff as assigned. He/she will also assure that administrative records and reports are established and maintained in compliance with policies and regulations.
- Minimum Requirements:
- A master’s degree in social work, education, psychology or a related human services field is required. Experience conducting behavioral assessments and developing behavioral support plans is also required. Supervisory experience and experience working with individuals living with autism is preferred.
- Therapeutic Staff Support

- Position Description:
- Therapeutic staff support members provide one-on-one support in accordance with strategies and objectives identified in the Individualized Service Plan (ISP), routinely reporting on, monitoring and evaluating goal progress on goal areas as outlined in the ISP. They also provide specified services in the community and in the home in accordance with the ISP. Working with a team of professionals, they identify concerns and develop targeted interventions, and they maintain a system of progress reporting that documents each individual’s progress in reference to the objectives outlined in the ISP.
- Minimum Requirements:
- The position requires a bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, sociology, education, health care or a similar human services field, with no previous work experience (or equivalent Autism experience) OR a bachelor’s degree in an unrelated field, with the equivalent of at least one full year of full-time work experience in a position that involved direct support of adults and/or adolescents.
- Support Services Coordinator

- Position Description:
- The support services coordinator is responsible for developing, organizing and maintaining a database of community services and supports available to adults living with autism in a designated area. He/She is also responsible for the coordination and scheduling of a wide range of health services and supports for individuals living with autism. This individual functions as liaison between all outside supports, participants and team members, assuring that administrative records and reports are established and maintained in compliance with agency policies and regulations.
- Minimum Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, social work, medical or another related human services or social sciences field is required. Experience working with individuals living with autism, coordinating case management, and linking individuals to community based supports is preferred. Candidates must possess excellent organizational, time management, multi-tasking, computer and phone skills.
- Administrative Assistant

- A minimum of three years of medical office experience required. Must be proficient with all Microsoft Office programs.

- Bachelor's Degree required; prior autism experience preferred.
- Quality Manager
