Marcia J. Reynolds

Marcia J. Reynolds has been actively engaged in the human services field for over 30 years, and she brings her experience and knowledge to Keystone Human Services as the vice president of KHS and president and CEO of Impact Systems.

Until 2008 Ms. Reynolds served in various capacities for Impact Systems, Inc., a Pennsylvania corporation providing human services and support to individuals with intellectual disabilities, autism and mental illness. From a valued experience as an Impact Systems, Inc. houseparent, she rose through the ranks to become vice president of the corporation in 1983. She managed the operational functions of both corporate residential programs and branch offices, ensuring program compliance, maintaining quality control standards and serving as a member of Impact Systems, Inc.’s board of directors. Upon the transition of Impact Systems to a Keystone subsidiary agency, Ms. Reynolds accepted a new leadership role founded in her diverse practical, managerial and administrative experience.

From her academic pursuits to her professional career, Ms. Reynolds preserved her overarching goal to be a positive influence in the lives of young people. She received her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in English and school psychology from Bucknell University, gaining valuable experience through a psychology internship. Desiring hands-on experience, Ms. Reynolds became a houseparent for Impact Systems, Inc. in 1977, where she realized her passion for and commitment to integrative, well-designed residential programming. Ms. Reynolds channeled her insight from her practical experiences to guide program direction for over 30 years with Impact Systems, Inc., and she brings a valuable perspective to Keystone’s leadership.

Ms. Reynolds continues to be involved in many professional organizations, including the Pennsylvania Association of Residential Facilities (PARF) and the Pennsylvania Association of Resources for People with Autism and Intellectual disabilities (PAR). In addition to her professional pursuits in the human service field, she has been involved in her church and community both through volunteer work and choral performance, including solo work. Ms. Reynolds grew up in Port Allegany, Pennsylvania and currently resides in Glen Mills, PA with her husband Sean and son Kyle.
