Jennifer K. Allison, MA, SPHR Vice President of Human Resources, KHS, KSS

Jennifer K. Allison

Jennifer has held management and executive positions in both private and not-for-profit organizations encompassing over 20 years of human resource and administration experience. She has had extensive involvement in managing change, policy/procedure development, strategic planning, organizational transitions, project management, employee recruitment and retention, human resource information system implementation, mediation, staff development/training, and the design and implementation of performance/compensation/benefit systems.

Ms. Allison is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR). She received her B.S. degree from Shippensburg University and an M.A. in Human Resource Management/Industrial Relations from Saint Francis University where she also serves as adjunct faculty teaching Strategic Compensation to graduate students. She holds a certification in Workplace Mediation from the Atlanta Justice Center. She attended the Harvard Community Health Plan's Quality Improvement Facilitator Training Program, and has assisted in the organization and facilitation of corporate Quality Improvement efforts. Additionally, Jennifer has served as a Jury Analyst in numerous cases and has facilitated Jury Focus Groups for both defense and plaintiff counsel during trial preparation.
