B. Jeanine Buford

Jeanine Buford is the Chief Information Officer for Keystone Human Services and has been with Keystone since 1994. As the Chief Information Officer, she is responsible for directing the overall information strategy and technology vision for the Keystone Human Services family of organizations and for ensuring the alignment between that strategy and the overall goals of the subsidiary corporations. She provides management and definition of all computer and communication activities within the organization, and is responsible for developing information plans and strategies to ensure that future operating needs and challenges can be met.

Jeanine came to Keystone from Providence, Rhode Island, where she worked in banking, public finance, and municipal government. She brings to Keystone a wide range of skills and experiences to help lead the organization through a demanding and exciting time of change and growth.

Jeanine received her Bachelor's Degree from Mount Holyoke College in Massachusetts, and a Master's Degree from Columbia University in New York.
