Jennifer Allison, MA, SPHR, SHRM-SCP Vice President, Human Resources, KHS

Jennifer K. Allison

Jennifer has held administration, management, consulting and executive positions in private, public and non-profit organizations encompassing over 20 years of experience.  She has extensive involvement in employee relations, managing change/organizational transitions, mergers and acquisitions, market trend analysis, leadership development, strategic planning, project management, process improvement, organizational effectiveness, talent acquisition, employee development and retention, problem resolution/mediation, and the design and implementation of performance/compensation/benefit systems.

Ms. Allison received her B.S. degree from Shippensburg University and an M.A. in Human Resource Management/Industrial Relations from Saint Francis University where she also served as adjunct faculty teaching Strategic Compensation in the HR graduate program.  She holds a certification in Workplace Mediation from the Atlanta Justice Center and is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources with SPHR and SHRM-SCP designations.   In conjunction with the Harvard Community Health Plan Quality Improvement Facilitator Program, she has facilitated corporate quality improvement efforts and led multidisciplinary Business Action Teams. Additionally, Jennifer has served as a Jury Analyst and implemented Jury Focus Groups for both defense and plaintiff counsel during trial preparation.
