- James G. Gill Jr., Executive Director

- James G. Gill, Jr. is the Executive Director of Keystone Human Services Mid Atlantic. James has dedicated over 20 years of professional service to children and adults diagnosed with autism spectrum disorders, intellectual disabilities, social-emotional disorders and behavioral disorders. He has served as a board member for the Teaching Family Association and is affiliated with the Autism Society of America, Center for Outreach and Services for the Autism Community, National Association for the Dually Diagnosed, American Association on Intellectual Disabilities, American Psychological Association and the Association for Behavior Analysis.
- James obtained a bachelor's degree in business and psychology from North Carolina Wesleyan College in Rocky Mount, North Carolina and a master's degree in psychology from Washington College in Chestertown, Maryland. He has completed the coursework for a doctorate in education from Wilmington College. James has research interests in quality management, educational processes and the effectiveness of distance learning and e-learning.
- James is also an officer in the Army Reserves. Recently, he served as a logistics officer in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom, receiving a Bronze Star for duties performed in Balad, Iraq. He has served in the Air Force and Army Reserve forces for over 20 years.

- Denise is the Director of Health Services for Keystone Human Services Mid Atlantic. She received her associate degree in nursing from Cecil School of Nursing. Currently, Denise provides health services coordination to our neighborhood homes in the state of Delaware and is a member of the Best Practice Committee. Denise is also a member of the Developmental Disabilities Nursing Association.
- Denise has worked with adults who have been diagnosed with autism spectrum disorders, as well as adults with developmental disabilities and dual diagnoses. She has worked in a variety of settings, including long term care, residential facilities and vocational settings. She has extensive experience in developing nursing supports using an interdisciplinary approach, including family members and medical professionals.

- Jessica is the Director of Clinical Services for Keystone Human Services Mid Atlantic. After completing her undergraduate coursework at Elizabethtown College, she received her master's degree in applied behavior analysis from Penn State Harrisburg. A Board Certified Behavior Analyst, Jessica has over 10 years of experience working with children, adolescents and adults who have been diagnosed with autism spectrum disorders, as well as adults with developmental disabilities and dual diagnoses. She has worked in multiple settings including home therapy, community living, residential facilities and state institutions. Jessica has experience working with a wide variety of difficult behaviors and designing individualized treatment plans. With a strong commitment to providing person-centered supports, she places a primary emphasis on using positive approaches to teach alternative skills.

- Melinda South is the Service Area Director for Keystone Human Services Mid Atlantic. She received a bachelor's degree in sociology from Rosemont College, graduating with honors and an award for excellence. After graduation, Melinda worked for Remed Recovery Care, supporting individuals with acquired brain injuries to regain their independence in the home and community. Inspired by her desire to learn about autism, she then accepted the opportunity to manage Remed's autism community support program and residential program. Melinda gained experience working with adults and children with autism, as well as family members, clinicians, medical professionals and funders. She was soon promoted to program director and stayed with the program until its closure, remaining with Remed and managing their community support program for adults and children with acquired brain injuries. After only a year Melinda found herself missing the work she had done in autism support, and she jumped at the opportunity to work for Keystone Human Services Mid Atlantic and manage their residential services for adults with autism.

- Victoria joined the KHS family in 1990, utilizing her array of personal and professional experience to guide her in both direct service and management capacities. Throughout her career at Keystone, she has taken special interest in support for individuals with autism and intellectual disabilities. Along with direct care and management level roles, Victoria has also been active in Social Role Valorization training and quality evaluation activities. Victoria joined the KHS Mid Atlantic team in the fall of 2007 as the Regional Director for Services in Pennsylvania. She has received her bachelor's degree in social work from Millersville University.
- Lisa Kielb, Human Resources

- Lisa is the Human Resources Manager for Keystone Human Services Mid Atlantic. In this position she is responsible for all human resource functions, such as recruiting and hiring, benefits, compensation and maintenance of personnel files. Prior to coming on board with Keystone in January 2002, Lisa worked as a recruiter for a staffing agency in Vancouver, WA. She holds a bachelor's degree in psychology from Shippensburg University.
