KHSMA takes great pride in our employees, who are essential in our ability to deliver quality services. All our new employees attend a full week of classroom orientation and then shadow existing employees, observing and learning from them. Employee Development includes a variety of topics such as Autism, Positive Approaches, Behavior Development, CPR, First Aid, Crisis Intervention, Behavior Analysis and Medication Administration. The greatest asset to our training program is the access we have to an extensive pool of internal and external trainers throughout the Keystone Service Systems family of organizations.
