- Robert Bausinger II, Executive Director

- When Bob came to Keystone in August of 2007, he brought with him extensive experience in management, fund raising, strategic planning, supervision and community relations. In addition to his Bachelor of Science Degree in Fitness Management, Bob brought more than nineteen years of experience in the non-profit world. His ability to build and develop supportive and collaborative relationships with our employees, the community, family members and the people we support are essential in assuring our ongoing ability to meet the vision and mission of the agency. Additionally, his experience provides the perfect foundation to expand our programs and services within the counties in which we operate. Bob’s commitment is to maintain and continuously improve the quality of the services we provide; to support employees, providing the tools necessary to excel in their work; to expand the services we provide and to increase our visibility in the communities we serve so that Keystone continues to be the premier agency of choice for persons seeking services as well as for persons interested in meaningful work with an excellent employer.

- Employed by Keystone since 1984, Anna Martin has experience from all levels of the organization. Anna's background includes direct care, middle management and upper level management. Over the course of her career, her professional achievements include designing and developing community homes that have afforded many the opportunity to experience life in their community. As one of the original employees of Keystone Service Systems North Central, her experience, organizational and managerial skills have been instrumental in program development. Anna's responsibilities as a Service Director include coordinating and overseeing the fiscal, programmatic and human resources aspects of eleven community homes. Anna has a natural ability to interact with families and a sincere connection to each and every person she meets.

- Fred Stankiewicz has held various positions in his nineteen years with Keystone. Fred's stewardship of the assets of the organization, including his management of the transportation program and his oversight of the agency's properties are focused on safety and aesthetics, assuring the health and well being of persons and their quality of life. As a Service Director, his ability to see through the eyes of his employees makes him an advocate for his staff. His steadfast devotion to his duties and his ability to personally connect with the people Keystone serves assure our continued focus on our mission.
- Tammy Sempko, Service Director, Children's Behavioral Health Services

- Tammy Sempko brought her experience in daycare, educational and Children and Youth settings when she came to Keystone in 1995. This experience provides a broad background for her work as a Service Director in children's Behavioral Health Services. Tammy's attention to detail and commitment to quality drive her to continually assure that the services she provides not only meet, but routinely exceed not only regulations, but the expectations of the children and families she serves. Tammy has a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and the willingness to go above the call of duty to assure that the services her team delivers are child centered and family focused.

- Joining the Keystone Human Services team in December 2007, William Augustine brings over 25 years of professional experience to his role as the director of clinical services. He received his undergraduate degree in psychology and his master's degree in clinical psychology. Bill has held both clinical and management positions in community-based mental health programs, hospital-based services and in managed care organizations. He also has extensive experience as a child and family therapist.
- Ashleigh Rider, Accountant

- Ashleigh Rider brings extensive experience in employee relations, management, cost accounting and general accounting to her role at Keystone. Joining the organization in October of 2007, she complements her experience with a broad range of computer hardware and software expertise and more than fifteen years experience in accounting and business management. In addition to her degrees in pre-law, history, political science and a minor in Spanish, she also has a master's degree in early childhood education. Ashleigh has received a letter of commendation from Senator Merle Phillips for outstanding commitment and dedication to her field.

- When Rita Pollard came to Keystone in 1988, she came with a Bachelor of Science in Labor Relations but little experience in human services. During her 18 years of employment, she has actively sought the education and experience to allow her to apply her business knowledge to our very human work. As Human Resource Director, her duties include oversight of all human resource functions including selection and hiring, employee relations and policy development. Her commitment to the people we support drives a selection process that seeks to assure that we hire only the best people - people committed to the values of the organization and the people it supports. That same commitment requires that we retain our good employees so she is unwavering in her determination to foster superior employee relations, demanding fairness and equity in employment practices across the organization. Her focus in policy development is to write procedures that will guide employees in providing supports that are mission consistent while assuring compliance with the many laws and regulations that direct our services.
- Bradley Stempkowski, Service Director for Quality and Education

- Brad Stempkowski came to Keystone in June of 2005 as the Director of Quality and Education with a variety of experiences in many different settings. Brad earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and holds a Master's degree in Business Administration. His research experience includes Behavioral Psychology, corporate ethics, organizational analysis and employee empowerment. Brad worked as a Case Manager with persons with disabilities and as a Social Worker for the Department of Military and Veteran's Affairs. He also has experience in office management and banking and has worked in the university setting. This experience creates a strong foundation for his work with Keystone in gathering and analyzing quality data and developing and implementing educational opportunities to further our goal of continuous quality improvement.

- Sunday Zarko began employment with Keystone Human Services in the Lancaster area in 1990. Before she had graduated high school, Sunday knew she wanted to pursue a career in the human services field, and she has gained valuable knowledge in a variety of human services settings. Her professional background includes experience in direct care, middle management and upper level management. Sunday is also certified to teach and train American Red Cross first aid and CPR. A consistent feature of Sunday's management ethic is the commitment to working as a team with her employees and staying true to the philosophy of the support we provide every day in our work lives.
- Judy Machon, Program Director, Family Based Services

- Judy Machon joined Keystone Human Services in January 2007 as the program director of family based mental health services. She holds a bachelor's degree in psychology and a master's degree in counselor education, with an emphasis on rehabilitation. She is a certified Family Based Mental Health professional with a pending therapy certification from the American Association for Marriage and Family. Judy's extensive background in mental health has enabled her to explore many aspects of the field, but her passion is for working with families and children.
- Kristine Royer, Early Intervention and Person/Family Driven Programs

- Kristine Royer began her employment with Keystone in December 2007 as the program director for early intervention and person-family driven services in the State College area. She holds a bachelor's degree in early childhood education. Before coming to Keystone, Kristine gained practical experience in her field with two years as an Autistic preschool teacher and eight years as the director of a private preschool and daycare center.
- Elizabeth Albert, Program Director, Community Residential Rehabilitation

- Elizabeth Albert is the program director of the Community Residential Rehabilitation program (CRR) homes, Supportive Living (SLP), and the Fairweather Lodge in the Lewistown area. She has been with Keystone Human Services since 2005. Liz received her bachelor's degree in rehabilitation education, and she has worked in the mental health field since 1999, when she began working with children and later with adults.

- When Nicole Snyder joined Keystone Human Services in 2006 as a program director, she came with over 14 years of experience in personal care and management of assisted living homes, as well as in community supports programming. She is certified to teach and train staff in CPR/first aid and is also a medication trainer.
- Lori Zabinsky, Program Director, Adult Residential Services

- Lori Zabinsky joined Keystone in 2003 as a program director and program specialist in Hollidaysburg. She holds a bachelor's degree in sociology and a master's degree in human services management. While obtaining her second degree, Lori worked as a live-in employee in a community home. Lori is a ceaseless advocate for the individuals Keystone supports and is always willing to take on extra responsibility to help others.
