Keystone Service Systems
Keystone Service Systems Inc. (KSS) is the largest subsidiary corporation within Keystone Human Services. In addition to the comprehensive services it delivers, KSS provides administrative, financial, and technical services to the other KHS corporations. Mr. Charles Hooker serves as the CEO of Keystone Service Systems which is comprised of many of the operating agencies listed on the left of your screen.
This KHS structure is designed to preserve the best benefits of traditional community based agencies as well as the significant benefits and capacity of a large organization. This structure permits the creation and use of subsidiaries for specific program, constituency and or regional purposes. It also permits the KHS system to hold most of the licenses and funding sources necessary to build comprehensive regional integrated systems. Common control and ownership assures common fiscal, quality and clinical systems essential to the delivery of integrated services.
As we continue to develop services, we have created a number of comprehensive systems of care. Each system of care can provide a number of services for an individual or a family, increasing the continuity of care and assuring a strong consistent clinical approach to service delivery.
