James LaGraffe, Executive Director, Keystone Residence of Lancaster

Jim LaGraffe assumed his current role as Executive Director of Keystone Residence of Lancaster in April 2007. After receiving a Bachelor of Science degree from the State University of New York at Oswego, he completed graduate studies at the Maxwell School of Citizenship at Syracuse University, where he studied public administration.
Jim has been honing his leadership skills within human services organizations since 1990, and he comes to Keystone with an impressive foundation of experience in the community-based advancement of individuals with intellectual disabilities. He has participated in numerous community and organizational committees dedicated to the highest standards of support.
Committed to the healthy and effective provision of human services, Jim is dedicated to ensuring that all staff of Keystone Residence of Lancaster receive the training and support needed to complete their duties. He is available to all staff and service recipients to discuss their questions and concerns as an active component of his primary goal: To establish Keystone Residence of Lancaster as the premier point of choice for anyone requiring its services or seeking a career helping others.
M. Hossein Kianzad, Clinical Director for Mental Health Services

As Clinical Director for Mental Health Services, Hossein is responsible for providing supervision and training in treatment development and implementation to direct care employees. He provides leadership to the Lancaster Mental Health Referral Committee for potential consumers. Hossein received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Work in 1979 from the University of Florence in Italy, and his graduate degree in Adult Education in 1984 from the University of Sienna in Italy. He has done post graduate clinical studies at the Institute of Psychoanalysis in Bologna, Italy before moving to the United States in 1986. He started with Keystone Residence of Dauphin County Mental Health Services in 1987. He has been working with KRL Mental Health Services since 1989. Over the last twenty years, he has had the opportunity to work with different providers, hospitals, county mental health supervisors, case managers, families, and clients. He speaks three languages, loves to travel and enjoys being exposed to different cultures.
Todd Christophel, Director of Residential Program for Recovery

Todd has been with KRL since 2002. Todd completed a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and has worked in a variety of mental health settings over the years. After working in two psychiatric hospitals and a group home for troubled teens, Todd spent six years working in family and community development, including three years running a program that educates and empowers fathers to be more involved with their children. Todd is responsible for the Residential Program for Recovery, home to fourteen individuals with serious mental illness, and the Drop-In Center, which provides recipients of mental health services in Lancaster County a place to spend their day and socialize in a stimulating environment.
Victoria Hoshower, Service Director

Victoria has been with KRL since 1989. She brought with her both personal and professional experience. Victoria has worked in a variety of capacities within the agency including direct service and management level responsibilities. Victoria has been active in Social Role Valorization. Victoria serves on the Treatment and Ethics Committee and chairs the agency's Quality Committee. She has received her Bachelor Degree in Social Work from Millersville University.
Dee Leach, Service Director

Dee began her time with Keystone Residence of Lancaster in 1992 as a direct care worker. Since then she has been a program director for many homes throughout KRL, and she is currently a service director for four Lancaster homes.
Along with her leadership in the Lancaster agency, Dee is the Associate Training Coordinator in charge of New Employee Orientation. She also helped to coordinate the International Practical Training Program for several years.
Dee is a certified instructor in First Aid, CPR and Medication Administration, and she enjoys teaching our new employees.
Linda Welsh, Service Director

Linda has been a Service Director with KRL since 1998. Linda received her BA in Political Science from Dickinson College and graduated from Pittsburgh University with a Juros Doctorate Degree in Law. She studied in Bologna, Italy for a year and spent a summer working with Congressman William Goodling. Linda practice Domestic Relations Law for 7 years and decided that was not her calling. Linda has received very intensive training in clinical supervision offered by Department of Public Welfare and is considered highly skilled in the area of clinical support. Linda is an active participant in Social Role Valorization. Linda serves on the Treatment and Ethics Committee and is responsible to monitor the HCSIS information system for the agency.
John Nelson, Service Director

John has been with KRL since 1995. John got his BS degree from Houghton College and graduated from Bethel Theological Seminary. John was a Youth Pastor for ten years prior to working for KRL. John had been the Director of the Children's Programs and currently serves as a Service Director in our Waiver Programs. John serves on the Treatment and Ethics Committee and is one of the agency's HIPAA Privacy Officer.
Michelle Seidle, Service Director

Michelle has been employed with KRL since February of 1991. She began working in this field as a direct care employee with the PAI Corporation in 1988. Michelle then moved into program management with the Shadowfax Corporation until joining Keystone Residence. Michelle has done an outstanding job as Program Director, often setting the example in quality and excellence in supporting individuals in having rich personal lives and assuring that the programs meet or exceed state requirements. Michelle recently developed an additional educational program to compliment the Medication Administration training to better educate direct support staff. She has also begun training new supervisors as part of a mentoring program to improve the overall quality of program management within the organization. Michelle enjoys travelling with her husband Frank with whom she has been married to for over 8 years. In addition to working for Keystone, Michelle volunteers in fund raising efforts for the Relay For Life, and enjoys catering for small group functions.
Christine Sebastian, Service Director

Christine has been with KRL since 1996. Christine began with Mental Health Services as a direct care worker and moved to the Waiver Programs as a Program Director. Christine has recently became the Service Director on a part time basis. Christine graduated from Immaculata College with a BA in English. Christine has worked with individuals with disabilities for over ten years. Christine serves on the Treatment and Ethics Committee.
Kimberly Lang, Director of Human Services

Patty Gould-Lucht, Director of Education

Patty has worked in human services since graduating with a Bachelor's Degree from Penn State University in 1977. She has also done graduate work in Training and Development at Penn State. After working outside of Philadelphia in the mental health field for three years, Patty joined VISTA and was assigned to work at a Citizen Advocacy agency in Nebraska. Following her VISTA tour, she assumed the responsibility as Executive Director of the agency. Patty has worked at KRL since 1988 where she first started as a Family Living Coordinator, followed by her role as Director of Family Services. She has served as KRL Director of Education and Training since 2000. Patty is actively involved in her community, church and the high schools where her two children attend.
Robert Haas, Senior Accountant

Robert has been the Senior Accountant for KRL since April 2006. He has a bachelor's degree in accounting from Millersville University and is currently pursuing an MBA.
Robert has a broad range of accounting and leadership experience in several different industries, including manufacturing, communications and security. He is a member of the Keystone Speakers Bureau, and he also volunteers at the Elizabethtown Public Library. Robert is married to Shiraz since 2001, and they have two children - a daughter, Kaiya, and a son, Amir. They enjoy spending time together outdoors and with other family members.
