Supported Living Services provide opportunities and activities to individuals interested in developing their growth potential and learning to become self-sufficient. Plans that are person centered are developed in order to document what is important to each individual. Supports that are provided to individuals create an environment that promotes relationships with friends, family, roommates, neighbors, landlords, work and community organizations.
Services are provided to individuals through a variety of support models using apartments that are leased by Keystone Residence or individuals. Generic services are available in the immediate areas and public transportation provides access to specialized services and resources throughout the Harrisburg area. Transportation is provided by Keystone Residence when public transportation is not available.
Our fully trained employees provide supports based on individualized personal support plans, often on a 1:1 basis. The amount of direct contact varies depending on each person's unique capacities. An on-call system provides 24 hour staff contact.
