Keystone Residence provides services in Dauphin, Cumberland, Perry, Franklin and Fulton Counties.

Residential

Individuals receive support in homes throughout the community by fully trained qualified staff. Supports are designed based on plans that strive to be person centered and reflect a person's dreams, goals, needs and desires.

Life Sharing

Life Sharing creates options for individuals by matching them with host families who provide comprehensive supports in a home environment, with the intent of supporting enduring and permanent relationships.

Supportive Living

These services are typically provided to individuals who live in or share an apartment with another person. Different levels of support are provided based on plans that strive to be person centered for each individual.

Independent Living

Services are provided to individuals who maintain their own housing and require assistance in various areas such as financial management, health care, socialization, transportation, etc.

Home Based

Supports are provided to individuals who live with their families. Fully trained qualified employees assist individuals to gain new skills and enhance community integrative experiences.

Adult Day Services

Adult day services are provided in a center based facility located in Chambersburg, PA.
