When preparing or revising your will, you can make a lasting gift to benefit Keystone by designating us as a recipient of part of the proceeds from your estate. You might also encourage parents or grandparents to consider such a bequest.

Donation of Real Estate
Keystone Human Services has need for the donation of property and real estate to assist us in providing programs and services to the individuals who depend on us. We are always in search of apartments, farms and houses as well as land and office space. If we do not have an immediate need for a specific property we can still accept the gift as a charitable contribution and consistent with the wishes of the donor sell the property and use the proceeds in support of our services. Donated real estate is subject to our acceptance policy and must be in good condition having a value applicable to our needs.
Memorial Funds
You may honor a friend, family member or other loved one with a memorial gift that continues to honor his or her memory. You may also honor a living person on the occasion of a birthday, wedding, or anniversary.
Life Insurance
You can designate the Keystone Partnership as a beneficiary of a life insurance policy, IRA, or pension plan. This may afford tax advantages and allow you to contribute a larger gift than you might otherwise be able to give.

If you or your group or business would like to know more about the ways you can assist, please call us.
