Darcy Elks
Darcy has been working, and sharing her life, with persons who are societally devalued for more than 20 years. She has been invited to share her insights and experiences throughout the United States, Canada, England and Australia. She has worked in a variety of human services, conducted many training events, evaluated services, and has been a consultant to programs that are striving for quality. As well, Darcy has been an advocate for persons with disabilities. She is the mother of three children, one of whom has Down Syndrome.

Elizabeth Neuville
Betsy Neuville has been a regular presenter and group leader at Social Role Valorization, Leadership, and Inclusion related educational events for nearly 20 years. Currently, she is involved in a broad number of events including American Eugenics, The Power of Roles, PASSING, Social Role Valorization, Best Part of Me, Finding Meaning in the Work, Understanding Grief and Loss, Adventures in Attitudes, Helping People to have a Meaningful Life during the Day, The Role of the Direct Support Worker, The DiSC Personal Profile System, Social Devaluation and the Importance of Imagery, and Vision and Values.

Pamela Seetoo
Pamela Seetoo has many years of experience teaching and implementing Social Role Valorization ideas. Pam has presented regularly at Power or Roles and Introduction to Social Role Valorization. She has group led at Meaningful Day, Social Role Valorization, Power of Roles and What is a Home. She is a facilitator of the DiSC Personal Profiling System as well as at a variety of SRV Study groups. She assists with the Keystone Institute Retreat Series, facilitates at the Art of Mentoring and Honoring People's Histories, and has co-facilitated at the International TASH conference.
