Keystone Human Services International

Corporate Structure

Keystone Human Services International (KHSI) is a subsidiary of Keystone Human Services. KHSI is a 501(C)3 nonprofit corporation and all contributions are tax deductible.

KHSI serves as the parent corporation or founder of various legal entities registered in countries where Keystone is currently or intends to offer services. These entities include Keystone Human Services International - Moldova Association (click here KHSIMA Charter) and Keystone Social-Educational Foundation for Social Assistance to Children and Families (click here for KSFSACF Charter). The KHSI Board appoints the boards of the various registered legal entities.

All entities are audited and are subject to Keystone's vision, strategy, policies, corporate compliance program and fiscal systems.
