Liliana Nicolaescu-Onofrei
Liliana Nicolaescu-Onofrei is the executive director of Pro Didactica Educational Center, a nongovernmental organization that provides informational, training and consulting programs and services to promote life-long learning and education. As executive director, she has written numerous articles for the Didactica Pro Magazine and has conducted many trainings. She is listed among the trainers of the Open Society Institute. She served in the training unit in the Peace Corps in Moldova from 1993-1995. From 1996 to 1998, she worked in the education department of the Soros Foundation, where she served as the Director of the Modernization of Humanities Education Program. She served as the education liaison officer OSCE in Kyrgyzstan from 2006 to 2007.
