Dorothy Serina, Director of Human Resources

Dorothy (Dottie) is the Regional Director of Human Resources for Keystone Community Mental Health Services, Keystone Residence and Keystone Family Support Associates and has been employed with Keystone since 1987. In this capacity she overseas all human resources functions including selection and hiring, personnel records, legal compliance, compensation and benefits.
Dottie has over 20 years of experience in human resources and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology from St. Johns University in New York. She is a member of the SHRM (Society of Human Resource Management) and CASHRM (Capital Area Society for Human Resource Management). Dottie also actively participates in PARF's Human Resource Committee.
Norman E. Whitman, Chief Operating Officer

Norm began with Keystone in September of 1998. Originally brought on as the Executive Director of Gateway Employment Group, Norm assumed the duties of the Chief Operating Officer of KCMHS later that same year. Norm has a Bachelors degree from Southern Illinois University and has 30 years experience in administering human service agencies.

Ben Ahles has been employed with Keystone since July 1986. Ben, who has a bachelor's degree from Macalester College and a master's of science in Special Education from McDaniel College, started as the Program Director for a partial care Community Residential Rehabilitation Program. He is currently the director of the Supportive Living Services program with Keystone Mental Health Services. Ben's commitment to community living for persons with psychiatric conditions is evidenced by his participation in both local and state-wide aspects Community Support Programs, the consumer-provider partnership organization in Pennsylvania.
Michael Grier, Chief Executive Officer

Mike Grier has enjoyed a career in community mental health services that has spanned for more than 21 years. He has worked in both Michigan and Texas, having served as Chief of Mental Health Provider Services for one of the twenty-five largest MHMR Centers in the country. In his current position as Chief Executive Officer of Keystone Community Mental Health the organization has expanded to seven counties in the state of Pennsylvania and two counties the state of Maryland. His experiences have encompassed almost every facet of mental health services including residential/housing, outpatient clinical services for multiple programs and locations. His presence in the community as an advocate has been demonstrated by his active participation in the Board of Directors for the Mental Health Association of the Capital region.
Ellwyn J. Andres, MA, Director of Professional Development

Ellwyn has a Bachelor Degree in Biology-Psychology from Canisius College and a Masters Degree in Child & Family Studies from Syracuse University. He has been working in the community mental health field since 1979, and at Keystone Human Services since 1983. During his career at Keystone, Ellwyn has served as a Mental Health Professional for Community Residential Rehabilitation services and Supportive Living Services. He helped develop and was the first Supervisor of Intensive Case Management at KCMHS. Since 2000, he has been the Director of Professional Development. In that capacity, Ellwyn organizes and facilitates orientation and training for all employees. He is also responsible for quality assurance efforts within the agency and participates in the management of Mental Health Services. He has received training and developed specialized skills in areas of Cultural Competence, Social Role Valorization, Incident Management, and Psycho-Social Rehabilitation.
Kevin Corrigan, Director of Community Residential Rehabilitation

Kevin Corrigan has been an employee of KCMHS since 1997. He has worked in the field of substance abuse and mental health services in the central Pennsylvania area since 1978 following his graduation from the Pennsylvania State University with a degree in Psychosocial Sciences. His experience includes providing services to individuals on a direct care and administrative level in both the public and private sector.
Eric Brandt, Director of Intensive Case Management

Eric has twenty years experience working in the community mental health system. He has been employed as an outpatient and partial hospitalization therapist. He directed a partial hospitalization program for six years. Eric came to Keystone in 2000 as a mental health professional for KCMHS' CRR program. In 2001 he became the director of KCMHS' Intensive Case Management program. Eric is a certified Non-Violent Crisis Intervention trainer and a PA Certified Investigator. His areas of expertise include forensics, substance abuse, and group work.
Lisa Buffington , Financial Coordinator

Lisa has been employed with Keystone Service Systems since 1996, and has been the Lead Financial Coordinator for Keystone Community Mental Health Services since 1998. In this capacity she oversees all financial functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger financials. Lisa has over 13 years experience in Accounting and holds an Associates Degree in Accounting and Business Management
Constance Whitson, LGSW, DCFC, Director of Keystone Services of Maryland

Constance Whitson is a licensed Graduate social worker with a Masters from University of Maryland and an under graduate BS in social work from Morgan state University.. In addition, she holds the designation of Diplomate of Clinical Forensic Counseling from The American College of Certified Forensic Counselors. She has been with Keystone Maryland since 2000.
Kathyann Corl, Community Relations Coordinator

Kathyann has her BA in psychology from Temple University and her MA from Indiana University of PA in Adult and Community Education. Kathyann has over thirty five years experience in mental health as a consumer, family member, advocate, case manager and direct care professional. Kathyann became an employee of Keystone Community Mental Health in June 1998 working in the Supportive Living Program. Since January 2006, in the capacity of Community Relations Coordinator, she serves on the KCMHS Management Board where she has worked on the integration of Mental Health Recovery principles at KCMHS and been a mentor for the integrated peer support program. In this position she works with a variety of community and advocacy gorups including the Pennsylvania Mental Health Consumers Association, National Association for Mental Illness and the local Community Support Program. Kathyann has received training and developed specialized skills in: recovery principles, person centered planning, health literacy, peer support and disability awareness.
