Keystone Community Mental Health provides services in Dauphin County, Cumberland-Perry Counties, Franklin/Fulton and York/Adams Counties of Pennsylvania and Carroll County, Maryland.

Community Residential Rehabilitation Services
Community Residential Rehabilitation Services (CRRS) assist people who experience mental illness meet their individual needs in a structured, therapeutic residential environment. Services are provided in both full-care and partial-care settings. With around-the-clock support in clustered apartments or townhouses, full-care services help people develop daily living skills so they may live more independently as participating members of the community. The partial-care service, provided in a boarding-home setting, offers daily support to individuals who wish to live in a less structured program while developing the skills necessary to live independently in the community. Personal, individualized plans are jointly developed and used as a service delivery guide.
Specialized Community Residence
A Specialized Community Residence offers an opportunity for people experiencing psychological difficulties to live in the community and receive assistance and support with the activities of daily living. Individuals live in a stable, supportive environment and are encouraged to live as independently as possible. Individuals living in a Specialized Community Residence are encouraged to explore meaningful daytime activities, expand their interests, and develop their personal strengths.
Supportive Living Services
Supportive Living Services is a very flexible program designed to provide highly customized support to people experiencing mental illness.  People can receive the amount of support they desire in apartments rented through Keystone Community Mental Health Services or in their own homes . Assistance is available in helping people secure entitlements, housing, and in accomplishing goals to become more self-sufficient. The type and length of services vary, according to each person's needs.
Intensive Case Management Services (ICM)
Keystone Intensive Case Management serves people with serious mental illness who are at risk of hospitalization by making assessments, referrals, and linkages to formal and informal services, Recipients of ICM receive timely professional support and access to community and natural supports.
Gateway Employment Group
Gateway Employment Group offers assistance to consumers in obtaining and maintaining meaningful employment and has a rich tradition of "doing whatever it takes". Gateway's mission is to "be a change agent, creating opportunities that encourage growth and meaningful life choices while assisting persons with disabilities achieve their employment goals." Gateway is involved in outreach activities aimed at enlightening the general public as to the abilities and skills of our consumers while helping to dispel the myths about persons with disabilities. Most of these activities are directed toward business and industry and are designed to promote employment opportunities while helping business and industry acquire skilled and competent employees.
Domiciliary Care
Domiciliary Care, also known as Caring Families, is a service for adults who need support with daily living due to social and economic reasons. By recruiting families who want to support people with this type of need, people can live successfully in the community. Services include room and board, personal care, emotional support, and social and recreational opportunities.
Adult Psychiatric Rehabilitation
The Keystone Center provides psychiatric rehabilitation services to people experiencing psychiatric disabilities. Through psycho-educational activities conducted at the Center or in the community, individuals develop strengths for successful community living. This service is located in Chambersburg, PA.
