Keystone Human Services International
Keystone Human Services International is among the newest of the Keystone Human Services agencies, but is already making a difference. KHSI reflects our enduring commitment to improving the lives of children and families everywhere, and our vision of working to build a better and safer world.
Born of the lessons learned and work accomplished through our early efforts in expanding the scope of services, the work of KHSI draws on our tradition of bringing traditional business oriented skills, accountability and leadership development to the work of human services and the greater good of society.
KHSI's mission is to provide services, supports and programs to improve the lives of children and families outside the US. Currently we have programs in Moldova known as Bright Beginnings, and collaborative efforts in Russia. The Bright Beginnings centers are Children and Family Centers built on the very successful and acclaimed Head Start model in the United States. Keystone provides Head Start services to hundreds of children and their families in Pennsylvania through our agency Capital Area Head Start.
Bright Beginnings Centers are the cornerstone of KHSI's strategic vision. These programs will offer important outcome-oriented services in the areas of child development, parent training, health care, preschool, home visits, specialized therapies and nutrition.

The work of Keystone Human Services International is carried out within various corporate entities registered in the host country. Currently these include Keystone Human Services Moldova Association and Keystone Human Services Foundation in Russia known as the Keystone Foundation for Children and Families.

All entities are audited and the audits are available to the public.
