Spice it up with Keystone Residence and the Borough of Steelton at the second annual Hot & Spicy International Festival on Saturday, May 30. From 11 a.m. to 7 p.m., North Front Street in Steelton, PA will be transformed into a block party-style festival with an international flair, teeming with food, activities and entertainment for the whole family.

Sample some of the hottest dishes from local restaurants, confectioners and vendors that will set your taste buds tingling or purchase an array of items ranging from homemade cookies to potted plants! Once again, we’ll be featuring the People’s Choice salsa competition. You can vote for the salsa that will become the next People’s Choice King of salsa. To vote, just drop a quarter in that salsa’s bucket – the winner is the salsa with the most quarters!

You’ll also be able to participate in a basket raffle. Kids will enjoy the Kid’s Korner, where they can take part in fun craft activities.

Popular local band BUNCHAFUNK will provide a musical backdrop for the event, playing jazz, rock and funk favorites. Other entertainment includes the Central Dauphin Community Band and the flowing art of the Egyptian Moon Dance Company.

Admission is FREE, though some activities may have a fee. Hot & Spicy International Festival benefits Keystone Residence an agency of Keystone Human Services. Serving Dauphin, Cumberland, Franklin and Fulton Counties, Keystone Residence provides support for individuals with intellectual disabilities and autism to lead meaningful lives within the community.
