Be a superhero and take “Steps for Birth to Three!” Lace up your running shoes and get ready for Key Human Services’ 5K Run, One-Mile Walk, and Kids’ Sprint!

The race will be held on September 9, 2017 at the scenic West Hartford Reservoir. It’s the perfect addition to your race schedule, whether you’re planning on running your first 5K, or if you’re a seasoned runner looking to include a 5K in your racing season.

The 5K, One Mile Walk and Kids’ Sprint benefit Key Human Services’ Birth to Three Program, a family-centered early intervention program that provides direct services and support to children with developmental delays and their families.

Spend an evening on August 5 sipping wine at beautiful Bucks Valley Winery and Vineyards to benefit Susquehanna Service Dogs! Bucks Valley Winery and Vineyards has labeled a red wine just for SSD, called “Independence Unleashed.” A portion of all sales of these specially labeled bottles will be donated to SSD!

In addition to the debut of “Independence Unleashed,” the event includes appetizers, music, and a silent auction, featuring items such as a helmet signed by the 2017 Penn State football team.

A Perfect Pairing: Unrivaled benefits Susquehanna Service Dogs through the Jamie S. Wise Memorial Scholarship. Established by Tom Wise in honor of his late wife and her love of teaching, the scholarship supports an apprentice dog trainer position at SSD.
