- A Brief History: As Remembered by Dennis Felty. In the early part of the 20th Century, the American Eugenics Movement argued that all people who were mentally ill, mentally retarded or physically disabled were polluting the gene pool of the country.

- Keystone's International Practical Training Program uses educational and cultural exchanges and resulting professional relationships to build local community-based human services internationally. This program is an important part of Keystone's vision of a better, safer world.

- Keystone Human Services is uniquely positioned to support the Russian response to this brutal attack. To fortify the intense services required, our first objective is to support the professionals who are assisting the families and children affected by this terrorist act. By supporting the work of our Russian colleagues, we hope to help our Russian partners stem the immediate emotional trauma for the affected families.

- Keystone Partnership provides comprehensive development support for the work of the agencies of Keystone Human Services. The development program includes: annual giving, capital campaigns, one time contributions, bequests, endowments, special events, funding of special projects, in-kind contributions and volunteer support.
