Children and Family Services Mission
Children & Family Services enhances the well-being of children and families through the use of collaborative, culturally competent, proactive interventions and education, so as to preserve human dignity and worth by increasing competency and stability, and instilling hope for meaningful participation throughout life.
Children & Family Services has a long history of providing services to children and families in central Pennsylvania. We are comprised of a number of previously existing organizations that have merged to form a unified system of care to best serve children and families. These services include the former Tri-County Society for Children and Adults, Susquehanna Service Dogs, Capital Area Head Start, Konrad Associates, Early Intervention Services, Inc., family support components of Keystone Family Support Associates, Keystone Children & Family Services and children's mental health services of Keystone Human Services North Central.
Active steps are taken to ensure these services provide a high quality of care and integrate services in a manner that has positive outcomes for each child and family served.
