Keystone Residence	Cumberland, Dauphin, Perry, Franklin and Fulton Counties, PA	Intellectual disability (mental retardation) services, which include home-based services, residential homes, life sharing, and supportive living, are provided for adults.
Keystone Human Services of Lancaster	Lancaster County	Mental health, intellectual disabilities (mental retardation), family living, and family and community support services are provided for adults.
Keystone Human Services North Central	Blair, Centre, Columbia, Huntingdon, Juniata, Mifflin, Montour, Northumberland, Snyder and Union Counties, PA	Mental health and developmental and intellectual disability services are provided for adults, children and families, including community support, residential homes, family living, home-based services, supportive living, therapeutic staff support, mobile therapy and behavioral specialist consultation, psychological evaluations, psychosocial rehabilitation, family-based services, and early intervention evaluations.
Keystone Family Support Associates	Adams, Cumberland, Dauphin, Perry and York Counties, PA	Mental health and intellectual disability (mental retardation) services are provided for children and adults through family living, respite care, family aid and community supported services.
Keystone Autism Services	Dauphin, Cumberland, Lancaster and other counties served by affiliated agencies	Comprehensive autism services including ACAP, residential, ABS, vocational, therapy and in home.
Keystone Community Mental Health Services	Adams, Cumberland, Dauphin, Franklin and Fulton Counties, PA	Mental health services are provided for adults through residential homes, supported living, intensive care management, partial hospitalization and psychiatric rehabilitation.
Keystone Children & Family Services	Adams, Cumberland, Dauphin, Lancaster and York Counties, PA	Services are provided for children and their families through therapeutic foster care, host home, family preservation and reunification, psychological and behavioral assessment, health rehabilitation, student assistance, early intervention, occupational, speech and physical therapies, Head Start and service dog assistance.

Key Human Services, Inc.	Throughout the State of Connecticut	Intellectual disability (mental retardation) and nursing services are provided for children, adolescents and adults through residential homes, supported living, foster care and early intervention programs.
