KHS unveils strategic initiatives for the coming decade

It is no mere coincidence that the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Connecticut, Delaware and the U.S. Library of Congress consistently choose Keystone Human Services (KHS) to pilot their most daring new programs.

By all accounts, Keystone's role as human service pioneer is not only firmly established, but widely respected not only by organizations in the U.S. but also by USAID and The European Commission. Indeed, our long-term success has reflected a level of foresight and skilled planning that is rarely matched in the human service arena.

As such, after months of analyzing our own capacities and efficiencies in light of a shifting political and social landscape, Keystone Human Services is honored to unveil the following list of Strategic Initiatives that will guide us in the coming decades.

While applying our loftiest principles to grass-roots community support for thousands of individuals on a daily basis, Keystone Human Services commits itself to:

  1. Apply Human Resource Strategies and Policies Essential to Achieve Our Mission
  2. Apply Our Expertise and Capacity Globally
  3. Continue to Acquire State of the Art Information and Communication Infrastructure to Support the Strategic Initiatives and Mission of the Organization
  4. Develop, Expand and Promote Comprehensive Systems of Care
  5. Establish a Comprehensive Fundraising, Development, Media and Grant-Writing Capacity
  6. Exercise Responsible Stewardship for the Resources and Capacities Entrusted to Our Care
  7. Establish and Maintain a Capital Base Appropriate to Sustain Our Mission and Responsibilities for the Long Term
  8. Play a Leadership Role in the Human Services Industry
