Board of Directors
Keystone Human Services Board is a great asset to the mission of the organization. The Board has provided very effective governance to the organization over the long term carrying out the very substantial stewardship responsibilities for the people and resources in our trust. All voting Board Members are volunteers and have no financial conflict of interest with the organization. One of the great strengths of the KHS Board is that over half of the Board Members are family members who have a son, daughter or other loved one who has experienced a serious mental or physical disability.
The Board is appointed by the Membership at the Annual Meeting of Keystone Human Services. The Membership of Keystone Human Services is comprised of individuals who have demonstrated a strong commitment to Keystone's Mission and Vision.
