Regina McCartney Mackay
Pastry Chef Regina McCartney Mackay graduated as the valedictorian from Pennsylvania Institute of Culinary Arts in 2001 with a degree in pastry arts. She is currently working on attaining her bachelor’s degree in culinary management from the Art Institute in Pittsburgh. She has worked a the Wequassett Inn and Golf Resort in Chatham, Massachusetts and Dingeldein Bakery in New Cumberland, Pennsylvania. Regina currently works at Weis Markets and has been with them for over seven years. She has competed in and judged numerous cake decorating competitions, including Keystone’s Chocolatefest and the York Fair.
