Carole Forker Gibbons

Carole Forker Gibbons has been an active volunteer in the community for both arts and human services organizations and causes for over 40 years. She has also been actively involved in her church and has served as president of council twice, as well as chair of stewardship. She believes volunteerism is essential for a healthy and successful community, and she especially believes in the Keystone Partnership Board and what they do to promote and make all Keystone programs possible. Carole has a bachelor’s degree from Penn State University and a master’s in interior design from George Washington University (Mt. Vernon campus).
