Clifford A. Brown
Clifford Brown is an IT executive with over 15 years of experience in successfully delivering profit-driven business solutions. He has expertise in proactively partnering with various lines of business, developing IT roadmaps and delivering corporate initiatives on time and within budget. He has been a leader of organizational change and contributed to the development of performance-driven, customer-focused organizations.
He currently serves as Customer Service Manager for Alstom Power, where he is working to develop the IT team into a proactive, highly accountable, customer-focused IT organization. Before partnering with Alstom Power, he worked with a variety of other organizations, where he helped them increase productivity, profits and customer satisfaction.
He received his bachelor’s degree in business economics, with a concentration in management information systems, from Southern Connecticut State University.
